When the time came to sell our home we knew that it would be a challenge. We had designed and built our home for our lifestyle and we knew it may not suit every buyer. Chris provided guidance on the stager, photographer & videographer, as well as regular updates on the shifting market as a whole and for our very specific neighbourhood. He was onsite for open houses, as well as private showings, to make sure that the special features and technology we put into the house were not missed by prospective buyers.
Having a higher end property also meant that there was a smaller pool of prospective buyers for our property, so Chris’ negotiation skills were a real asset in getting the best possible price for our home and coordinating our closing dates. One of his many key strengths was how he kept his cool during very stressful periods and brought a sense of calm throughout the process.
Chris answered the phone every time we called, answered all of our questions, kept us constantly updated, and made us feel like he was there with us every step of the way – not just as our agent, but as someone who genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.
