We approached Jim Warren and told him we would be willing to sell our family home in advance of our move abroad. In doing so, we stated we wanted a certain price for our house. Not only, did he get our full price, the negotiations were seamless and very well conducted on his part. He did an amazing job for us and we were very pleased with Jim.

It also saved us a great deal of time and hassle of not having to put our house on the market Our family was able to enjoy our house in peace for the last few months. He also brought us a really great couple.
