It was a pleasure working with Jim Warren to sell our downtown condo and purchase our first home in the Yonge-Lawrence area. We wanted to sell our small condo downtown and move into a house in a desirable neighbourhood in Toronto , and Jim was helpful, supportive and strategic throughout the whole process! Not only did he help us “stage” our condo prior to sale, but we received multiple offers and it sold within days! We found our first house quite quickly as well and both properties closed within a day of each other. There were seven offers on the house, and we were the winning bid thanks to Jim’s strategies and advice. And, our Offer to Purchase wasn’t even the highest price offered, but, because Jim made a great suggestion in our tactics and negotiations, the Seller’s decided to let us be the victors for their home – we WON out!

One of the best things about working with Jim as first time home buyers was that he would walk us through a house, wait for us to make our own opinion, and then tell us the disadvantages and advantages of the house so we were not basing such a huge decision on emotion only. I really appreciated his expertise and knowledge of the neighbourhoods, streets and features of the Toronto houses. He pointed out many things that we did not notice (i.e. street lights, floors that may need to be replaced in 3 to 5 years, parking, etc). We are thrilled that BOTH our selling and buying experiences were so positive with Jim. We have referred Jim to our friends who are also looking to sell their condos and buy their first homes in Toronto .
