Jim knows what he’s doing, and he does it very, very well. Jim helped us with a fairly lengthy search for our perfect house, providing a tailored review of available properties based on our criteria and offering invaluable information and guidance regarding the properties we viewed. He would let us form our own opinion first and ask us to share it with him, then he would provide insight into things that we had touched on and other things that we had overlooked, both pros and cons. He was an absolute wealth of information, which we really appreciated, and he was never pushy, pressuring, or anything less than friendly and informative. We found this to be a very helpful approach. We quickly realized that we could trust Jim’s knowledge and advice with respect to the market and our properties of interest.

Jim also guided us through the preparation and listing of our existing home at a very different price point. Despite the different target market his skills were again abundantly clear, and thanks to his suggestions and strategic approach we found ourselves in the fortunate position of having a fantastic product to offer and a stunning amount of interest from day one. Even with the benefit of hindsight we couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t change a thing. When it came time to make the deals, we continued to trust Jim and we were rewarded with a very successful result on our purchase followed by an even more successful sale of our existing home, exceeding our most ambitious expectations.
